Downtown Eastside
The Downtown Eastside is one of Vancouver’s most historic neighbourhoods. East Hasting is home to some of Vancouver’s oldest hotels and pubs. Admittedly this neighbourhood has been through some tough times and many of its residents continue to struggle with substance abuse. In recent years many of the neighbourhood’s licensed establishments have been renovated and now feature some great live music.
