Point Grey
Point Grey is one of Vancouver's more affluent neighbourhoods featuring many well maintained homes taking advantage of stunning views of English Bay and the North Shore mountains. Jericho Beach Park lines the north shore of Point Grey. Commercial activities in this area are centred on 10th Avenue and Alma Street with many shops, cafes, and small restaurants primarily serving the local area. The western edge of 10th Ave. also serves as one of the main gateways to the University of British Columbia (UBC).
